Renowned actress Helen Mirren stars in these two early productions from the BBC archives. In Mrs. Reinhardt, part of the "BBC2 Playhouse" television series, Mirren plays a separated woman who meets an attractive American man while on vacation in France. Then, iIn Soft Targets, part of the BBC's "Play for Today" series, Mirren portrays a woman whose life changes when she meets a Soviet journalist. Julian Sands, Ian Holm and Rupert Everett make appearances co-star.
