Murder in China Basin

Musician George (Noel Harrison) is committed to making it in his industry but soon turns up dead in China Basin, historically a neighborhood where illegal Chinese immigrants have found sanctuary from government officials. Local cops suspect Steve (Chris Byrne) -- an entrepreneur that George's philandering wife, Allison (Jennifer Starr), had tried to recruit to murder her husband -- but Steve claims he's not responsible. So who is?
