Chief Inspector Ling (Aaron Kwok) was chasing a serial killer before he lost consciousness and landed in the hospital. But everything's out of sorts when he comes to and finds a fellow cop (Kuan Tai Chen) badly injured -- and learns that he's become the prime suspect. With the clock ticking down and his entire career on the line, can Ling prove his innocence and round up the real murderer before he claims another victim?
