Mutha Mestri (Chiranjeevi) is recognized for his considerable valor and well-liked by the local Member of the Legislative Assembly (MLA) and the Chief Minister. After the death of the MLA, the Chief Minister gives the party ticket to Mestri to contest in the upcoming elections. After having won the elections, Mestri turns his good will into action and uses his newly acquired power to rout out evil.
