While on business in Eastern Europe, opportunistic talent agent Sammy (Billy Crystal) inadvertently finds himself in the company of a 7-foot, 7-inch Romanian giant named Max (played by professional hoopster Gheorghe Muresan). Sensing there's money to be made from his gigantic companion, Sammy brings Max to America with visions of action-hero stardom. Instead, Sammy finds himself in the company of a true friend.
