My Brother's Keeper

John Lithgow plays twin brothers Bo and Tom Bradley, both of whom are well-loved schoolteachers in a community on Long Island. Tom, who's HIV positive, is offered a unique opportunity to have a bone marrow transplant from his brother to keep the HIV from progressing. Just before the scheduled date of the procedure, however, Tom's insurance company announces it will not cover the procedure. Based on a true story.
