When an insurance investigator is brutally decapitated with earth-moving equipment, Detective Peretti (George Hilton) is assigned to the case. Soon, other grisly murders occur, all of which seem linked to an unsolved kidnapping and murder that took place years ago. The twisted trail that connects the crimes leads Peretti to a deadly confrontation with a ruthless killer. Tonino Valerii directs this chilling giallo murder mystery.
