Chastised by family members for her obsession with silent Westerns, an unwed older woman, Joaquina (Ana Ofelia Murguía), decides to rid her village of banditos by asking her favorite fantasy hero, Tom Mix, to ride into town and save the day. Along the way, Joaquina makes a strong impression on her young nephew and coaxes some real-life heroes out of the woodwork. Federico Luppi and Eduardo Palomo co-star in this action-adventure from Mexico.
