The late, lamented Richard Harris stars in this King Lear update. Harris plays Sandeman, the head of a crime family in modern-day Liverpool. When a mugger murders his wife (Lynn Redgrave), Sandeman starts losing control of his empire. That leads to a power struggle among his three daughters: Two of them want to take the reins, while the third just wants to live a normal life. Expect tragedy of Shakespearean proportions.
