Celeste Martin (Kim Basinger), a beautiful extraterrestrial, comes to Earth to save her own dying planet. But she soon meets unassuming scientist Steven Mills (Dan Aykroyd) and falls in love, agreeing to marry him. Steven doesn't have a clue about Celeste's true identity -- but his daughter, Jessie (Alyson Hannigan), suspects something isn't quite right. Jon Lovitz and Seth Green co-star in this far-out sci-fi comedy.
