There's plenty of foolish fodder for the MST3K gang in this sci-fi fantasy about a mad scientist and his fishy experiment. Angry at mankind, especially those who wronged him, Dr. Kurt Leopold (Marshall Grauer) transforms into a fish-like monster and vows revenge. But even a man-fish needs love, and the aquatic killer hunts for a mate. On the MST3K satellite, Crow uses soda cans as spittoons--much to an unwitting Servo's dismay.
