Bobby Simone (Jimmy Smits) continue to clean up New York City's mean streets, dispensing another sobering dose of reality in the fourth season of this Emmy-winning drama series. Andrea Thompson joins the cast as intrepid Det. Jill Kirkendall, a single mother who may derail Simone's budding romance with Det. Diane Russell (Kim Delaney). Guests include Lucy Liu, Reni Santoni and Donna Pescow.
