NADA, a ragtag crew of privileged left-wingers in Claude Chabrol's fascinating film, abducts the American ambassador to Paris who's enjoying the comforts of a brothel. The members hide out in the French countryside and start to bond with each other, all the while trying to figure out their next move. But it seems the police are more interested in winning the war, rather than getting the ambassador to safety.
