Nadia: Secret of Blue Water

Inspired by Jules Verne's epic adventure 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea, this anime series begins as a young girl and her pet lion become ensnared in a treacherous mystery. At the 1889 Paris World's Fair, Nadia meets an inventor and is soon running for her life. Nadia's adventures throughout the series -- from simply trying to get home to surviving alone on an island and, of course, determining the secret of the Blue Water -- are legendary.
