Director Nonzee Nimibutr helms a heartbreaking supernatural love story based on a famous Thai tale. Married couple Mak and Nak are torn asunder by war when Mak is sent to fight on the front line, but when peacetime finally arrives, they reunite again. Mak discovers that Nak gave birth to their son while they were separated; still, there's something strange afoot as Mak discovers his wife and child supposedly died while he was away.
