Nerdcore for Life
(2008)|
In this entertaining documentary, filmmaker Dan Lamoureux goes underground to shed light on the unlikely hip-hop movement known as nerdcore: self-proclaimed geeks who compose and perform rap songs that openly celebrate their extreme dorkdom. Rapping about computers, anime, science fiction and other nerd-friendly topics, performers with stage names such as Router, Nursehella and Ultraklystron reveal the rebellious pride at the heart of nerdcore.
