New York Stories
(1989)|
Legendary directors Woody Allen, Francis Ford Coppola and Martin Scorsese take on the Big Apple in this anthology film comprised of three decidedly urban tales that offer a meditation on art, love and family. In Scorsese's "Life Lessons," Nick Nolte is a painter on the brink of heartbreak. Coppola's "Life Without Zoe" tells the tale of a young heiress who lives in a hotel. And Allen is a man who's literally haunted by his mother in "Oedipus Wrecks."
