The adventures of martial arts hero Kenshiro continue as he travels to a dangerous mountain area to save a young boy with the magical ability to make water. In Kenshiro's absence, a new warlord named Seiji takes control of Last Land's precious water supply and kidnaps Kenshiro's friend, the beautiful young healer Sara. Now, it's up to the warrior to return to Last Land and restore order by defeating the evil Seiji.
