After 24 years, Chicago-based filmmaker Usama Alshaibi returns to his native Iraq to learn how the war has affected Baghdad as well as a diverse group of Iraqis who survived Saddam Hussein's regime only to face the new reality of an ongoing war. Alshaibi's documentary blends home movies, insurgency training videos and news clips with candid interviews of Baghdad citizens who share their experiences and opinions about wartime conditions.
