An ex-adventurer (Treat Williams) is living a peaceful existence in a Mexican fishing village. But the turbulence within him soon rises to the surface as he plots to exact revenge on the corrupt corporation that murdered his brother on "the night of the sharks." Antonio Fargas ("Huggy Bear" on TV's "Starsky and Hutch" series) co-stars.
