When martial arts master Jack Cutter (Don Wilson) -- the last in a long line of vampire hunters -- sets out to kill the last vampire on earth, the police mistake Jack for a murderer and pursue him. As the vampire's victims keep piling up, the pressure builds, making Jack more desperate to find him. Will he be able to nail the bloodsucker before the police catch him?
