Every night, the mysterious Night Owl goes on the air with moody broadcasts that have an unnerving effect on her listeners, compelling several of them to commit suicide. One woman, Julia (Jennifer Beals), begins to think her husband, Harry (James Wilder), is being lured away and seduced by the Night Owl's voice. Question is, what, if anything, can she do about it?
