Night Train

After a stint in prison for embezzling a gangster's (Lorcan Cranitch) purloined loot, an ex-con (John Hurt) moves from the frying pan into the fire. That's because he has to hide out immediately or else be killed by the mobster and his men. His only recourse is to hole up at a Dublin inn run by an unassuming woman (Pauline Flanagan) and her shy daughter (Brenda Blethyn), who's immediately smitten with him. But can they both escape danger?
