A cold-hearted serial killer who captures each of his bloody conquests on videotape -- a psychopath known as "The Stalker" (Robert Prentiss) -- is on the loose, and it's up to alcoholic motorcycle cop Dakota "Dak" Smith (Fred Williamson) and his new tough-as-nails partner, Kristen O'Connor (Cynthia Rothrock), to bring him to justice. But as the body count rises, Dak and Kristen find themselves sinking deeper into danger.
