Shelby (Sherilynn Fenn) is at home one night when she starts to tune in to her husband's police scanner. Before long, she catches a phone conversation between a couple arguing heatedly over the airwaves. Riveted, she listens to the entire exchange, but when the woman later turns up dead, Shelby realizes she may have become privy to information that could be dangerous.
 Parents strongly cautioned. Some material may be inappropriate for children under 13.
