The business of making people look good can be ugly -- at least for two Miami plastic surgeons, Sean McNamara (Dylan Walsh) and Christian Troy (Julian McMahon), whose professional successes belie their personal struggles and dysfunctional relationships. This season, as both men turn 40, an age that usually sends their patients into panic, Sean attempts to repair his fractured marriage, while Christian continues to blaze a trail of sexual excess.
