A little bit here, a little bit there adds up to a lot of drama in the fifth season of this hit show about Christian Troy and Sean McNamara, two plastic surgeons catering to an upscale and sometimes bizarre clientele in Los Angeles. In these episodes, the pals and business partners conduct illicit affairs as they improve lips, backsides and other body parts, all while coping with their own serious medical problems.
