Based on a true incident that occurred in a village that is completely controlled and dominated by a wealthy zamindar, who keeps the villagers in its powerful clutches. Into this feudal atmosphere comes a new schoolmaster, who becomes aware of the tensions in the village. He leads the villagers in a revolt against the ruling family.
