Alternatively titled The Unconcerned, this direct-to-video thriller hinges on a case of mistaken identity. After his cache of drug money is stolen, crime lord Vic Haddock (Eric Roberts) sends his lover Camille (Lexa Doig) to track down Phil (Peter Stebbings), the man who took it. Unfortunately, Camille mistakenly pegs Phil's brother Bob (Dean Cain) as the culprit. The two fall in love, causing even more complications when Vic comes to collect.
