Claudette Colbert and Fred MacMurray headline this pair of comedy classics from the 1940s: No Time for Love, the tale of an unlikely romance, and The Egg and I, a fish-out-of-water rib-tickler inspired by a true story. In the first, photographer Colbert falls for laborer MacMurray on an unglamorous assignment. Then, the pair plays a city couple who buy a chicken farm on a whim. Marjorie Main and Percy Kilbride co-star, debuting as Ma and Pa Kettle.
