When his wife returns from working overseas and announces she wants to have children, Filipino fisherman Joaquin (Polo Ravales) is forced to choose between his clandestine lover, Waldo (Joseph Bitangcol), and the heterosexual lie he's been living for years. But while Joaquin grapples with his agonizing decision, the fiery Waldo isn't willing to wait -- a fateful choice with potentially deadly consequences.
