Upon hearing a warning from God, Noah builds an immense ark to protect his family and every species of animal from the Great Flood in this spirited animated retelling of the biblical tale, as depicted in Peter Spier's Caldecott-winning picture book. Narrator James Earl Jones supplies his majestic voice to the proceedings, which also feature a music score penned by Stewart Copeland, drummer for the rock band the Police.
