Rosanna Arquette stars as Cassie, a waitress who graduated from the school of hard knocks. After surviving a horrible relationship and giving her baby up for adoption, she's gun-shy about trusting anyone -- until she meets a stagehand named Riley (Eric Roberts). He seems to be a good catch, but will Cassie's doubts cause her to miss her one chance at happiness? Pulitzer Prize winner Beth Henley penned the screenplay for this genial romantic comedy.
