With the fate of the Earth in imminent peril from the nefarious Ungrar -- who plans to achieve world domination by exposing the population to deadly viruses -- teenager Komugi is tasked with bringing down the villain and restoring safety and health. Endowed with magical skills, the young nurse witch has a formidable challenge ahead of her, especially when her best friend is tapped by Ungrar to be the instrument of his evil scheme.
