Young CIA agent Roy Turner (Jay Harrington) has caught a deadly terrorist named Casper (Ravil Issyanov). Under tight security, Turner and his prisoner board an American submarine headed for the United States. But when the vessel passes through the Bermuda Triangle, a giant octopus attacks. The giant undersea predator lurking outside, however, is nothing compared with the escaped killer now roaming free in this intense thriller.
