Veteran funnyman George Burns turns in a truly omnipotent performance as he plays both title roles in this heavenly comedy about beleaguered young rock singer Bobby Shelton (Ted Wass), who sells his soul to Old Scratch in exchange for fame and fortune. Director Paul Bogart's cautionary tale -- the third and final installment of the popular franchise -- also stars Ron Silver, Roxanne Hart and Eugene Roche.
