Mumbai gang lord Sona Bhai (Mahesh Manjrekar) urgently needs a heart transplant, but because of his rare blood type, he can't find a donor. That is, until his thugs come across Kiran (Gopichand), a local property owner with the same blood type who needs to raise cash in a hurry. As the two men become increasingly desperate, Kiran tries to rush the sale of a house while Sona Bhai's henchmen devise a dangerous kidnapping plot.
