A homesteader fights tooth and nail to reclaim what's rightfully his in this dramatic B Western set during the Oklahoma land rush. Shortly after marrying Janet (Anne Gwynne), Jeff McLeod (Johnny Mack Brown) is framed for murder and thrown into the pokey by evil villain Frazier (James Blaine). Jeff escapes with help from sidekick Windy Day (Fuzzy Knight), and the daring pioneer sets out to take back his land.
