Navy Lt. Kingslee (Peter Lawford) is the technical adviser on actress Rosalind Reynolds's (Esther Williams) new movie. He holds fond memories of a show she did for the troops and hopes she'll fall in love with him. But Ros's current co-star (Ricardo Montalban) is her beau on and off the set. Jimmy Durante, Cyd Charisse and Xavier Cugat provide able backup in this bubbly musical comedy from director Richard Thorpe.
