To escape his real-life problems with bullies, young Peter Piper (Cody Serpa) spends a lot of time daydreaming about monsters and aliens. With the help of his new friend Sam (Simon Baker), a foster child taken in by the Pipers, Peter sets out to build a rocket ship. But before Peter and Sam can make any trips to outer space, they must confront their tormentors -- and finish their household chores.
