One Day Like Rain

Surveying her sterile suburban existence, enigmatic teenager Gina (Samantha Figura) hatches a plan to free the world from torpitude. One chemistry set, a sample of blood and many metaphysical experiments later, Gina emerges with the ultimate bliss-producing potion. Pal Jennifer (Marina Resa) takes the first sip, but higher consciousness brings unfathomable side effects, and Gina can't decide whether to press on or turn back in this sci-fi indie.
