The dashing Andre (Maurice Chevalier) must overcome temptation when his wife Colette's (Jeanette MacDonald) beautiful best friend, Mitzi (Genevieve Tobin), tries to seduce him. Meanwhile, suspecting his wife of infidelity, Mitzi's disgruntled husband (Roland Young) begins pursuing Colette. Directed by the matchless Ernst Lubitsch, this bawdy musical set in Paris was nominated for the Best Picture Oscar in 1932.
