Varon (Kenny Young) is poised to marry the girl of his dreams (Saadiqa Muhammad), and his future has never looked brighter. Only one week before his wedding date, Varon is informed that an unidentified past lover has contracted the AIDS virus. Without telling friends or family, Varon undergoes an HIV test -- but he must wait a week for the results, and his anxiety threatens to boil over as he tries to keep a semblance of normalcy during the wait.
