When schoolteacher Frank (Johnathon Schaech) investigates the strange scars he's had since childhood, he unwittingly unleashes the deadly result of a secret biological experiment. Now, Frank must find a way to stop the organism before life on Earth is destroyed. With the Army planning countermeasures that could kill countless civilians, Frank and hazmat specialist Carrie (Erica Leerhsen) work against the clock to take down the killer creature.
