Former government agent William (Steven Seagal) is working at a wildlife refuge and finds himself back in the thick of the action when he discovers that a girl he's sponsoring in an international foster care program is being victimized by a human trafficking ring. Now, it is up to William to find the girl and shut down the operation. Nick Brimble, Robbie Gee and Matt Schulze co-star in director Po-Chih Leong's action-drama.
