British novelist P.D. James hit a goldmine when she penned a series of best-selling whodunits starring Scotland Yard commander Adam Dalgliesh, who is back and investigating more mysterious deaths in this miniseries based on James's novel. Three murders and two suicides plague Toynton Grange, where the indefatigable Dalgliesh is enjoying a vacation, and he will not rest until the mysteries are solved.
