You Feng (Joey Wong) -- a beautiful spirit trapped between heaven and hell -- disguises herself as a painted concubine to escape the torment of the Demon King. While she roams the mortal world, the king wreaks havoc on earth. Her only hopes for freedom come from a learned scholar (Adam Cheng) and a benevolent monk (Sammo Hung).
