On the eve of the new millennium in Los Angeles, down-on-his-luck trucker Bruce Palmer (Robert Carradine) and his pal Pearl (Richard Hillman) land the haul of a lifetime. A strange chain-smoking antique dealer offers them $12,000 cash to deliver a huge crate to his brother in Florida. The catch? Palmer and Pearl must deliver the crate before midnight on New Year's Eve … and under no circumstances are they to open the crate!
