In this Filipino romantic comedy, hospital patient Vince (Aga Muhlach) wakes up from his coma to catch a brief glimpse of a beautiful woman, Cristina (Regine Velasquez), scurrying out of his room. Naturally, he concludes that she's his guardian angel. When the pair bump into each other at shopping mall, Vince realizes that not only is Cristina real, but she just might be the girl he's been looking for his entire life.
