If it's not the outlaws who are making conditions unbearable, it's the weather in this trio of mid-20th-century Westerns that illustrate the hardships of life on the frontier for American settlers. In Panhandlers, a rehabilitated gunslinger (Rod Cameron) takes on both good guys and bad in a Mexican border town; in Operation Haylift, blizzards threaten ranchers and their livestock; and in Wildfire, cattle rustlers try to drive out local ranchers.
